Tennis Court Policies
ALL members and guests must sign in on the reservation sheet before playing.
1. Tennis courts are available to members of The Woodlands Golf & Country Club & Registered Guests
2. Court use shall be limited to one hour and thirty minutes of play per person, twosome, or foursome per day when courts are fully utilized. The tennis Professional will have the right to make a final determination on court reservations.
3. Playing time shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
4. Tennis shoes with non-marking soles and proper tennis attire shall be worn on the tennis courts. The tennis staff or management shall determine “proper attire”. Shirts must be worn.
5. Profanity or loud, boisterous, unbecoming conduct shall not be permitted on the courts.
6. All guests must be accompanied by a member.
7. Courts can be reserved for tennis clinics or lessons by the club’s tennis pro. Reservations will be scheduled in advance and posted on the notice board or newsletter.
8. All play and court etiquette shall be governed by the United States Tennis Associations rules for “non-officiated matches”.
9. Children under 12 years of age must have adult supervision.
10. No activity except tennis is permitted on the courts.
Guest Policy:
Guests may play up to two times per calendar month. The guest fee is $5 per 90 minute court reservation. Guest fees will be charged to a members account.
Team and League players must be members of The Woodlands Country Club. The tennis director has final authority regarding non-member participants. A non-member fee will be assessed (including away match only participation).
