Sandra Wilson
General Manager, Membership Director & Food & Beverage Director
Sandra Wilson is a native of Columbia, South Carolina and has been employed at the Woodlands since 2002.  She worked with the Dave Thomas Invitational Golf Tournament from 1994-1997. Sandra is a graduate of the National Institute of Golf Management in Oglebay, West Virginia and has been the General Manager since August of 2003.

Tom Mason
PGA Golf Professional
Tom is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and has been employed in the Golf Industry since 1992.  He has been a Class "A" PGA Member since 1996 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Carolinas PGA as an Area Director and the South Carolina PGA Chapter as the Vice-President. Tom joined the Woodlands staff in August of 2005.

Willie Payne
Golf Course Superintendent
Willie is our longest tenured employee at the Woodlands. He has been a member of the Golf Course Maintenance Staff since July of 1978. Willie was named Golf Course Superintendent in 2002, and has done a great job overseeing all aspects of the Grounds Maintenance.

Merci Hair
Comptroller
Merci has been employed at the Woodlands Golf & Country Club since March of 1984.  She attended North Augusta Technical College and is a native of the Columbia area. As the Comptroller she handles all accounting and financial matters at the Woodlands.

Steven Hartwig
Assistant Golf Professional
Steven is a PGA Apprentice and the Assistant Golf Professional at The Woodlands.  He was a member of the 2002 Dutch Fork High School, State Championship Team and competed at the collegiate level at North Greenville College. Steven is the Assistant's Representative for the South Carolina PGA Chapter and has been instructing golfers of all skill levels for six years.
