Thank you for all your support and assistance with our membership efforts last year. Our goal for 2010 is to increase our membership in all classifications. We are asking our current members to help us by referring their family, friends and co-workers to “Come Join The Fun” with us at the Woodlands!

We are now in the second year of  “The Magnolia Club” and we had a successful start last year but this year the goal is to reach 50 Magnolia Club members and I know with your support “WE CAN DO IT!”

The Magnolia Club will recognize Members within our Club Family who continue to refer and welcome new members on an ongoing basis.  You become a Magnolia Club Member simply by welcoming new members and inviting them to “Come Join The Fun!” You will be notified personally and receive a Magnolia Membership Invitation when your member referral(s) join the Club. The Magnolia Membership will entitle you to different incentives monthly each quarter as long as you continue to bring in new members.

The more members that you welcome, the more incentives you are offered. Last year we mailed out monthly incentives from complimentary lunches to New Year Eve guest passes. We hosted 2 Cocktail receptions with attendance of over 50 Magnolia members and new members. This year I want to double that number, with your help “WE CAN DO IT”.  Our Fall –Winter Promotion was successful again last year!

Take a moment to think of your friends and associates that you believe would benefit from a membership at the Woodlands and have them complete an “Invitation Request Card(s)” (They are located throughout the club), and return to me personally.  You may also have any membership prospects call me or email me with their information. Remember you will not qualify for the Magnolia Club incentives unless you have talked to me personally OR you have completed an “Invitation Request Card(s).” And of course we still have complimentary dues to add to your account for bringing in any new members.Our ability to grow and prosper depends on you, and I thank you in advance for your energy and continued support.

January - March Incentives 
 - Your name will be entered into The Magnolia Drawing for each referral that you submit.
 - The winner will receive a $300.00 credit to their personal membership account.
 - The drawing will be held at the ‘Cocktail Reception” held in April for all “Magnolia Club” Members and new members that have joined from September until the end of March.

For each new member joining the Club during the months of January, February & March the Club will pay the Magnolia Club Member (the sponsoring member), the equal amount of one-month dues.· Magnolia Members will receive incentives each month.2010 Magnolia Club.
