The members of our Food & Beverage team look forward to working with you from the planning stage through the entire function, to meet your every need. Our golf club is an ideal venue to host a business meeting, retreat, or product launch, especially as it provides a fresh alternative from traditional hotel or office locations. The Woodlands is also the perfect venue for holiday parties, company recognition events, customer appreciation parties, and other functions. Our event experts will help you plan your function to your specific tastes, requests and budget. We have experience arranging events which include: anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, baby showers, high school reunions, company luncheons, and celebrations of life.

Members may charge the function to their accounts. A $250 deposit is required from everyone to reserve the room on your selected date.
a) Members shall pay to the Club the sum of 50% of the estimated rental fee (including the initial 10%) no later than 15 business days before the commencement of the rental period. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to rental charges upon final settlement of accounts.
b) Non-Members shall pay to The Club the sum of 50% of the estimated rental fee (including the initial 10%) no later than 60 business days before the commencement of the rental period. This is a refundable deposit that will be applied to rental charges upon final settlement of accounts. The deposit is non-refundable if the event is canceled less than 30 days in advance.
The balance of the rental fee due, less the deposit described above, shall be payable to The Club upon the start of the rental period. Members may elect to receive a statement within 24 hours of the rental period’s expiration or have the balance of the rental fee added to their account, to be settled in the following payment cycle.
In the event that the Renter fails to pay the balance due within the time period agreed upon, interest shall accrue upon the unpaid balance at the rate of $25 per month until it is paid.
The price that you are quoted will be based on an estimated number of people expected to attend. This number must be confirmed 15 days prior to your function, and will serve as a minimum for our billing.
All food items must be supplied and prepared by The Club. We do not allow outside catering. Menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the function. The menus in our catering package are for your suggestions only. We would love to tailor a menu for you. The Club reserves the right to contract events out to its approved caterer.
The Club offers white linens for all of our tables as part of our rental fee. If you would like any other colored linens to fit your theme, we can recommend some rental companies to you.
Set Up Fee
A set up fee will be charged based on the full amount of labor, furniture and space is required. Minimum $100.00 per room for meetings.
The Club as a licensee is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the State ABC Board Regulation. It is a policy, therefore, that all liquor, beer and wine must be supplied by The Club and served by The Club Staff.
The Club will not serve any person an alcoholic beverage whom is not of legal age as required by the current law of South Carolina. Any quest on request shall make presentation of a valid ID. Denial of service shall be mandatory when, in opinion of the server, it is necessary and judicious.
A room rental fee will be charged according to the amount of space required. The Club reserves the right to assign rooms according to amount of space rented. Current fees are outlined in our Catering and Events Package as found above.
Service Charge And Taxes
There will be an 18% service charge on all food and beverage functions. South Carolina State Taxes of 10% are also added to all charges.
