Automatic Credit Card Payments

All members will receive their monthly billing statements by the 5th of each month. Payments are due by the 20th of each month. Payments received after the 20th of each month are subject to late fees. Changes in membership status must be submitted in writing by the 20th of the current month to make the change effective for the next month.

Save a Stamp & a Check – Monthly Credit Card Payments

The Woodlands Golf & Country Club cannot automatically draft your bank account to allow you to pay your monthly bill. However, anyone that wishes to pay their monthly statement by credit card may contact Merci Hair at 788-7771. Merci will bill your credit card between the 10th and 16th of each month.
