Highlights from June:
The Sonic Women’s City Tournament was held 17-19 June at Spring Valley Country Club. Although the champion was not from the Woodlands (Maureen Dunnagan - age 16), Woodlands C.C. was well represented by the following members of our LGA: Debbie Allen, Suzann Bartley, Shirley Goodspeed, Cheryl Munn, Carol Pachol and Ann Potts. Fort Jackson took home the Net trophy. The weather was ideal and we all played diligently for three days. Thanks to all who participated and represented our club!!

Playday Results for June
18 Hole Group - Low Gross 76 - Marcy Gage; Low Net 64 - Fran Miolen; Low Putts 26 - Marcy Gage.
9 Hole Group - Low Gross - 47 - Cheryl Munn; Low Net - Lorraine Gullifer 33.5; Low Putts 14 - Julie Satti.
NOTE: July format will be best 9 holes with half handicap, and low putts (because off the hot weather). Please check Bulletin Board in Ladies Locker Room (LLR) for updates on play day. There are a lot of playdays left this year to catch up on points..We would like to see more participation in playday. You can play anytime from Wed to Sun.
Reminder: August 20th meeting - 6:30 p.m. We will discuss our Member/Guest tournament scheduled for September 6.
